May as well do the blog quick as I sit in front of my dishwasher. I still need to lean up against it to make it run.
Today we went to Summer's Christmas Tree Farm again. We went in the primetime of tree shopping, early December. Today, not so prime, but you could argue it was the best experience with fewer people and more snow.
When we left the neighborhood, we saw that the snow from last week was thawing out and was all of a sudden packy.
Here is the sign that greeted us on our way to the farm.
Then we saw the perfect place to build a snowman. It just seemed like it made sense to make one here.
They have a lot of land, so we continued to sled. We went a long ways!
On our way home, we drove past the ice rink they are making at the dog park. The high school hockey team is making this so they at least have a place to play. I believe their regular school hockey team is not playing, but they wanted some place to at least skate.
