Today was such a nice day, I have a hard time believing it will be high temp will be minus 1 on Sunday. Regardless, I will accept it and move on with today's events.

We spent much of the morning moving around these cotton balls up the ramp and into the dump truck. It was a fun way to clean up.

Another new toy I got was the Ninja Foodi Grill. I read the instructions last night all prepared for sweet potato chips. More photos on this later.

The sweet potato chips go in here for 8-10 hours at 120 degrees.

In the mid-afternoon we went outside for some snow spray painting. I made a few boats and the ocean. His big thing today was to use the color red to spray lava into the ocean.

We went to the library to pick up another library book. After that, we headed back to the train station. It's kind of funny because he just grabs my hand and starts running toward it. I'm happy he can remember where he is going. Maybe some day he will drive a cab in London.

From this vantage point, there are some nice apartments being built or have been built in the past few years. They straddle the railroad tracks downtown.

When we got back home, we saw the sweet potato chips. The verdict....chewy like a raisin. I will need to make them for 10 hours tomorrow. They really shrunk a lot too. Hard to make a meal or even a side out of these....but they will help us get rid of the sweet potatoes in our basement.

At night I grilled some chicken. That was really fun as it sounded like there was a jet engine running in the kitchen for the 16 minutes or so that it cooked. It did a really good job.
