Today we had a quick appointment with the ENT. One thing we commented on....they sure get you in and out as fast as possible. Just as we got his Mickey Mouse surgical mask on, they called us into the room. The ENT doctor pulled out a few nice pieces of wax.
After that, we were just 5 minutes away from Tenney Park, so we had to check out the ice. The city workers were busy clearing the ice. Quite the crew for a quick clean up.
We've been learning quite a bit about hockey lately, so I got the puck and stick out so he could practice.
As we continued to walk through the park, we noted the ice lanterns...and as we walked, we saw more and more of them. In reading about this later on, about 25 families created 250 of these ice lanterns. They made them and lit them earlier this week. Would have been really pretty to see....still pretty to see even if they were not lit.

We have a bunch of library books we need to return. One of my favorites was "Goldfish on Vacation."
At the end of the book is a bunch of children. We had fun matching up who we thought looked like who.
