It is his first day back at school. When he got up this morning around 7:10, he yelled "Daddy!"....he was so excited that it was Monday. Here we are posing next to the flag man before we head to the door to greet Miss Tamila to help him get all settled.
After he left, it was just the boring stuff, like work, washing curtains, taking down some Christmas lights and removing the wrap from the maple tree. It got to 62 today, so the spring fever is taking over.
When we got him around 4:30, he said he had a "great day." They had played, ate, took a nap and did some art.
To celebrate, we had pinwheel steaks and some yellow celebration cookies. He got to sleep around 8:15, which is a big improvement.
