Last night you could just hear the wind whip around quite a bit. I always try to remember to put the umbrella down so it does fly away. Even with the umbrella down, it found a way to weasel out a little bit.
I was hoping "going outside" meant a little more this morning, but at least we did get outside. He was busy playing with his sharks in the sand and water table.
The drive of the day took us past some cattle. About a hundred days back, I didn't know these were called "Scottish Highland." So I learned something.
Another thing I learned is that you can tell how many kilovolts a power line is by looking at the number of insulators on the power line. For this one, it has 20 insulators, meaning it is rated for 345kV. The power on this line comes all the way from LaCrosse down to just west of our neighborhood. Good to learn things like that.
Later on, we got to open the new flashlight from Hammacher Schlemmer. It is one of those 5-mile flash lights.
Lastly, he was in the tub being silly. He got a little wound up, but I thought his laugh was hysterical, so I recorded it.
