Today started off cool and a little rainy, but it didn't stop us from having a little apple coffeecake at Shoveler's Sink.
It started raining a little bit, so we just played in the car before heading back home.
On the way back, we noted this home. Basically they moved the old home on the right side of the photo just a little bit, then they added on this other new home to create this massive old home/new home complex. I think it is really neat they did this...now they'll always have the old farm home...incorporated into new home.
I took this first photo on January 15.
This is what it looks like today...
When the rain finally broke, we got to put out our gnomes and birdhouse.
We saw our first dandelion.
Flowers around the pear tree look nice. I'll try to mulch it tomorrow so it looks super pretty.
Up on top of the hill we checked out the tulips. They survived another year, yay!
Keeping the bunnies away...
First birds found the birdhouse just about an hour after we put it up.
