An early post for today. I'm off tomorrow, so maybe to get a head start on my vacation day, just do the blog early today. Should have a lot of photos for tomorrow as we'll be at the playground.

Here we were husking tomatillos. It's kind of like a tomato. We got it from the CSA, so we have to do something with it.

Then to broil it in the oven with the garlic.

Then in the Ninja with some other herbs and some lime juice.

It made for an okay salsa. Honestly, I just don't like throwing food away. Thank you tomatillo for being edible.

For our afternoon drive, he was kind of sad. He sometimes says "stop." So I found a nice place to stop next to the corn field.
