It's late summer and I was able to join in scone Friday breakfast at the Pheasant Branch Conservancy. It really was a nice morning. Yeah, we caught a little of the manure smell when the wind swirled, but overall a pretty spectacular.



He had fun finding acorns and throwing them.

Then with all the wild flowers, you can use fun filters on your phone camera to liven things up a bit.

With the dry weather, there's a lot of hay being made. No danger in any weather messing up the drying process.

In the evening Mommy was doing some gardening, while we cleaned windows.

I think this is the weekend our city would have had their festival. Was looking forward to it since he would now be over 36" tall for the rides....next year.🤞
