Today was the first Saturday morning in quite some time that it has rained. We had Kindermusik this morning, so scone Saturday really couldn't happen today.
The instructor was showing the sign language for a lion, as well as showing the students what a lion looked and sounded like.....so we dressed up as a lion.
We had a Target run and a Hyvee pick up today at noon. Here we are at Hyvee. They are having their pictures taken wearing a mask.
On the way back home, we saw this table. I am told they do not make tables like this anymore.
In the late afternoon, just a bit of irony with all the talk about USPS and the mailboxes. When I saw this, I just had to chuckle.
In the evening, we did a bit of painting. We have used a lot of painting supplies this summer.
To end the day, we went to visit the camels at the Inspire Daycare facility. We liked how the sun reflected off the statue out front.
The final moment of the day was falling asleep on the pillow case he got when his adenoids were removed. This is the first time he has used this pillowcase.
