I would say so far that this has been a good winter. We got our white Christmas. We have had some large snowstorms where we have gotten more than 5" a few times, but have had temps that reached nearly 30 for the past week and have allowed for good outdoor time that was not frigid.
Today we made snowballs for about two hours outside. It is a good thing for a boy to learn how to make a snowball.
We also made a quick snowman. However when I looked tonight, he had already fallen over.
We had another Hyvee run today. It doesn't take too many items to create the minimum $30 purchase to get groceries. Also, getting groceries mid-week is always quick.
It was also our last week of Kindermusik. We are now on a two week break until we start the next unit. You have to be careful to not get hit in the face with a rhythm stick!
