I have finished another book. This book made a lot of the best of 2020 books. It is two weeks overdue, but the library got it back today. Basically the best hand wins in poker about 20% of the time. The rest of poker is how to read your opponents and knowing when you need to fold. Most of the time people go all-in all the time, even if they don't have a good hand (and lose a lot of money). An interesting read. The author went from never played poker to being a high-level player in one year. The main takeaway is that there is so much luck/chance in the world, that thinking you can control for that stuff is impossible.

Whenever I read a book, I look at the last page for about 3 minutes, trying to soak in everything I was supposed to understand in the book.

We went outside on the scooter today. We went somewhat slowly as he did not have a helmet on. I was always at his side. He was busy shoveling snow from the sidewalk into this yellow pail.

On our drive today, we went past a house that we've been observing for a while. The house is probably about 100 years old. We saw them physically move the house about 2 months ago. Now it appears they are building a new house around the old house. That should be really neat to watch it develop.

Lately we've been getting into super heroes since we read the Spiderman book. Now he really like The Incredible Hulk. We are busy eating green vegetables and flexing like the hulk.
