The first day of June....also known as the first day of summer in our household, simply because there's no chance it will snow this month.

Ironically, it was a bit cool this morning (in the 50s), but we had to get outside. I really needed to get up to the hill to see if my yellow tulips were still around....nope. Looks like I need to come up here with the weed whacker soon.

no tulips left for 2020
Our drive of the day took us to the tax preparer's office to drop off our 2019 taxes and then off to the compost facility to drop off the grasses.

Our craft of the day were to make these flags. You use either tape or ribbon to create shapes in your flag, then you color them in. By coloring on a different background surface, we found some ways to make neat flags.

Tomorrow is supposed to be super warm. We got out for a late afternoon walk to see this garden behind one of the businesses. If there is something that resembles a stage, he likes to go up and sing to us.
