Yes, we could get outside today, so we did.

First up was some time out front. We always have grand plans to show off the new scooter for Mommy, but sometimes we never get out of the front yard.

When I saw a bird go into the bird nest in front of the house, I had to take a look.

After a little bit of work, I was able to get him to agree to go for a bike ride. For some reason, things that were fun at one point in time fall out of favor. I told him we'd have a quick picnic at the condos up the road. I brought some pita chips, bananas, water and his favorite comic book, Cul de Sac

The afternoon drive, we picked up our CSA and drove to see the community pool and a quick drive to Rocky Dell. That is what put him to sleep.

The craft of the day were folding color paintings....paint on one half, then fold over for the mirror image. I don't think he understood.

The new pocket hose is also a winner. It has an attachment that acts as a spray nozzle.

While he was spraying away, it gave me a good opportunity to see the new growth on our spruce tree.
