96

Well, it was kind of like the 1950s this morning.

Going back to yesterday, I purchased milk from Hyvee through the pick up. When I got home, I saw the sell by date was the same day I bought it, June 16. That just didn't seem right.

Hyvee called up this morning, letting me know they would deliver me a gallon of milk. It was so quaint to see the Hyvee truck drive up and put a gallon of milk on my front step that I just had to take a picture.

Just like the old days, I presume

Later on in the morning, we spent time cleaning the grass and plants with the sprinkler. Those were his words.

The afternoon drive took us to Appleberry Farm to see how strawberry picking is going. On the way there, there is a grain bin on the side of the road with this unique piece of art.

The craft of the day was to create a logo for ourselves. Here is us in action and a our final results...we have Heidi of the Mountain, Kai of the Tiger and Daniel and the Lion.

In the evening, on one of the later days of the year we walked near the community swimming pool and the tennis courts
