Here is how we start every day. We have breakfast and break down three years of New Yorker cartoons. Since I got so far behind at work and didn't make time to look at them, I have the 2018, 2019 and now the 2020 calendars that we are going through each day. 

With all the rain and squirrel activity, there have been a lot of small branches coming down. We are busy trying to keep the yard clean.

Since the ground was soft, it was also an opportunity to dig through the dirt and plant these hollyhock seeds in the ground. We'll see what happens next year.

While we were up here, we took some of those oak acorns to plant some future oak trees.

In the afternoon, we picked up our package of books/instruments/CD's etc for our next Kindermusik. Here we are opening up and looking at the new items.

Here we read the book Michael Finnegan.

Then the craft were the make these fancy flowers out of tissue paper and pens and glue. I'm not sure what they call this craft, but I remember it from a long time ago.

And then, I've wanted to take pictures of our tan lines from wearing sandals all summer. I think I need to take a better picture sometime this week.
