Nice weather means you need to spray down the bird poo every morning. Looks like I have a new helper this summer.
yeah, he sprayed me when I went to turn off the water, it was funny of course
Then we went for a warm walk on the path. The path near our home is closed to bikes, and maybe pedestrians, but it is the best place to get away from people. If there would have been people, of course they would have been treated to some great music today.
Our afternoon drive took us to Verona. I think we've worn out the drives, so we just pick a spot and go.
yes, they're open
Father Mario a few weeks back said he should not have been Instgramming about all the good food they are having during quarantine at St. Walter's. I bet if he would have Instagrammed about eating stinging nettles, he would not have gotten into trouble. With that, here they are:
just 30 seconds to blanch and you have a meal
Later in the day, we took a walk to the perennial garden. I was told by the Ms that she had never known what an actual asparagus looked like in the field.
normally they aren't purple though
Since we went to the garden, that really didn't leave much time for a craft, so we settled around the book for some evening stories.
this story is about a man who lives in the moon and tells the children or earth to go to bed
And yes, we started up the air conditioning today. The highlight is, it worked!
