Day Sixty-Four

Going back to last evening. Since I did morning sounds, I thought I would highlight what it looked and sounded like after my lawn mowing adventure.

This morning we went for another breakfast adventure, this time to Festge Park, just west of Cross Plains. In the past, I have only used the park as a place to park my car as I did some hilly biking. Today, we went into the park for some scones in the car and the views.

To burn off a little more steam while Mommy made zucchini bread, we ran to the top of the hill to see how our tulips are doing. Quite well if you ask us.

Finally, a craft of the day was to finish the frame and photo from Mother's Day. Here it is.

I might wrap up the blog for the day and call it good at 3:16PM on Saturday. One thing about today, there must be a lot of people just itching to do their lawns. Lawnmowers and weed wackers (does anybody know the proper spelling of that word?) just steady since noon.

Lastly...I forgot the anniversary of the purchase of our home a few days ago. I believe it was May 14, 2010 when we closed on the home...even though we didn't fully move for two more weeks later. Does anyone remember painting all these walls?
