It's Friday, and I have been lucky they have been a little slower than normal in July. After breakfast, we went out for a quick 30 minutes or so to the Firefighter's Park.

In the mid-morning, the train was delivering LEGO blocks for the tower we were building.

After lunch, we went out for a drive down Airport Road west of town. He was almost asleep, but we drove past the horrid smell of a skunk....and he woke up. Just amazing that you can drive by a skunk, and it could still stink up your car for the next 3-5 miles.

Anyway, there has been construction near the fancy homes on Autumn Pond Trail for the past 2 months...but it is all done now!

Today I realized there is a new path near these homes too. We will have to take a walk some day.

When we saw this home, Kai saw the two chimneys and thought that Santa would come twice to the lucky people who live here.

In the late afternoon, we went to Olbrich Gardens for some nature and play.

And if you've been following the news, this is about one of the funnier things that's happened...
